4>Machining----39 sets vertical CNC lathe from IMT of Italy and DAEWOO of Korea, including 2 sets mirror machines;
5>Painting Line---- With powder clear coat and liquid clear coat, 2 million pcs capacity; 50.000 pcs chrome wheel capacity monthly;
6>Testing----Air leakage, I***ct ,Bending, Radial Fatigue, Spectral Analysis, Salt Spray, Three Coordinate Measuring;
7>Quality Certification---- VIA, ISO9001:2001, TS16949, TUV;
8>Product Liability Insurance Available by AIG,US$ 2 Million Global;
9>Customers' Designs Acceptable;60 days from 3D confirmation to samples; mould charges negotiable.
